In this connection we are subject to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Law (FDPL) and the German Media Services Treaty (MST) as well as our own GKN Walterscheid data protection policy. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are adhered to by us.

Access to it is only possible for a limited number of specially authorised persons involved in the technical, commercial or editorial management of the servers. No personally identifiable utilisation is carried out. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymised data sets. We store IP addresses for a period of 28 days. These are stored for reasons of data security to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

2. Circulation of Personal Information to Third Parties

Your personal information is not passed on to third parties without your express consent. If data should be passed on to service providers in connection with commissioned data processing (in accordance with Section 11, FDPL), these providers are bound by the FDPL, by other statutory regulations and contractually by our own data protection policy.
