GKN Walterscheid starts nationwide Service Tour

Start the season with a thorough service / Free product check includes comprehensive functional test  / GKN Walterscheid cooperating with numerous agritechnical dealers throughout Germany

To make sure that everything runs really smoothly in the coming field season, GKN Walterscheid is now offering a nationwide service campaign for Walterscheid products. 

For example, the Service Tour 2011 gives interested farmers and contractors the opportunity to have their PTO drive shafts thoroughly examined. The Walterscheid experts have developed a test programme specifically for this purpose.

It includes not only a visual inspection and functional test of all PTO drive shafts components, but also, and above all, a performance measurement of the overload clutch on a mobile torque test rig.

In addition, special tools are used to check the wear limits on the tractor- and implement-side hitch system. Every Walterscheid product tested is given a test sticker.

The Walterscheid Service Tour 2011 will begin at the end of March.

A total of 14 events will be held throughout Germany. There is no charge, but prior registration is advisable.
